You miracle

Our body loves us, but it needs to know we love our lives in order for it to do all it can to help us survive. The change in body energy activated by love alters our internal chemistry and makes a difference. In many cases, this kind of miracle is hard work. But when you are willing to do the work and live in your heart, a miracle can happen.

Fear and love play a major role in all our lives. Fear is meant to protect us from danger, not make us ill. Fear can get you to run faster and escape a dangerous animal, but if you live in fear of everything and everyone, it will intensify stress and negatively affect your ability to heal. Love and laughter are what enhance healing, reduce stress, and increase our ability to heal. So let your heart make up your mind through Jesus Christ.

It is important to follow your faith and make choices based upon what you have faith in. That can include yourself, your God, your doctor, your treatments, and more. It’s not just doing what others prescribe for you, because when you do that, you give up your power. Every treatment has its side effects, but if you choose a treatment out of faith, the side effects are diminished and the treatment more beneficial. What the mind believes has a very powerful effect on the body. In my life, I have seen red in my study innumerable cases of “miracle healings”

The human body is a community of over one hundred trillion cells. We are as healthy as cells. Cells are the building block of our tissue organs and system. Cells cooperate they do not compete. The mind and body are not a separate entity; they work together as a unit to keep us alive.

Our nervous system and its responses to the defense of the human body can defense our health. The moment the mind-body is presented with actual physical danger, danger, an alarm system in the brain activates the systems required to produce energy which energizes the body to a high level of physical activity.

The energy enabled us to fight or flee from mental or physical threats. After the danger is passed, it returned to a state of relaxation. We all experience stress in our daily lives, although the causes and the way we respond to them will be different for everyone. Stress can either relate to physical, mental, or emotional pressures, but all three could trigger the same called ‘fight or flight’. This response is linked to the body’s autonomic nervous system. Relaxation is a key factor that can allow us to manage stressors.
