Stress is at times unavoidable and generally even desirable (i.e. exciting, novel). It is essential to designate techniques that will help one cope with stress to prevent its rise to excessive levels.

We may come to feel calm and content material during extremely low levels of stress, but if we are present at such low levels for too long, we might find that we are not pushing ourselves, and our productivity could suffer.
